Fitness Classes
Our fitness classes are designed to help anyone reach any fitness goal! Jump rope has many benefits including cardio, full body strength, increased coordination, mental health benefits, and so much more!
Classes are half an hour long, however; you are more than welcome to join us 15 minutes early to learn new skills or work on parts of the class you are struggling with! Our world class instructors will be more than happy to make you feel like a jump rope expert!
Elevate and Dominate are our two basic classes. Keep an eye out for themed classes coming soon!

The perfect way to learn jump rope, have an amazing workout, and have fun! Come 15 minutes early to the elevate class to learn all the necessary skills you need to be a jump rope pro!
Struggling with rope timing? No problem! Use our cordless ropes to get the same fitness impact without the pressure of a full rope!

Dominate - Coming Soon!
Attended a few Elevate classes and feeling ready for a challenge? This is the perfect class for you! Dominate classes will integrate more challenging skills and increase the general pace.
Come 15 minutes early to dominate classes to master the harder skills and become a jump rope master!
